Right, I've been looking at the layouts people created, and I'd like to know which layout creators you use, please tell me and send me the internet link, I want to create free layouts, I'd appreciate some help.

We use certain programs, and put HTML coding. You have to learn how to code the layout, so you should look stuff on google.
As for making the graphics, we use programs such as: Photofiltre (studio), photoshop, gimp, corel painter, paintnet and much more.

Well me being a layout maker i played around with the HTML, you learn after a while which codes do what and you can make multiple layouts buy using the once code just change the colour and the manip to make it unique. Personaly for the manip i either use photoshop (my perferd option) or GIMP.

i can give u a sample layout free that u can start messing around with and creating things on : )
